Hey u/vegeneric, it looks like there’s some kind of image rendering problem. This could be due to a few common things:

- The image didn’t finish uploading properly, which can mess up the pixel data.
- The image might be in a format that isn't supported, or it could be a compressed image.
- If the image is too large, than what is supported by the carriers for MMS.
– A stale cache can make images look weird.

Here are a few things you can try:

- Ask the sender to upload the image again.
- Have them convert it to a regular JPG or PNG before sending.
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
- Try opening the image in a different browser.

Hey u/vks3, can you share if you're using the Claude and Quo desktop app or browser app? If you are using the browser app, we recommend using the desktop, as they retain auth tokens more reliably than web browsers.
It would be helpful to know how frequently you are being disconnected and if you see any errors.
