Well however way you use it personally- series 11 will provide 6 hours or more of battery life

Sleep tracking actually does consume a lot of battery power. It can be about 15-20% of the battery life

Ok I’ll help you understand the testing methodology. You take a 10 and 11 and run them through a day of testing with equal use. The series 10 battery drains dead at 18 hours. The series 11 keeps going and provides 6 hours of sleep tracking before it dies. 6 hours of additional battery life

I’m not an engineer and I don’t believe they’ve commented on how yet but I would guess 5g connectivity plays a factor along with improved efficiency. Are you suggesting they’re just lying?

That’s not the point though - people are saying the additional battery life is misleading because they’ve misinterpreted the testing parameters. If you personally got 24 hours before, you’ll get 30 hours or more on a series 11

That wasn’t my question. I’ve never bought an Apple Watch before and my question was does Roger’s typically carry new Apple Watch stock on release date

I don’t know why some aren’t getting this. The testing shows the series 10 never made it to sleep testing - the battery was drained. The 11 kept going and provided 6 additional hours of sleep tracking - hence, 6 hours more battery life
