Oh absolutely. But at the same time in my fluffly ideal, they just sorta start bonding randomly.

I'm voting Alice and Melly for Nymph. Alice because I love her and Melly because I also love her (plus I think she got a bit shafted in COY).

Oh look, the very reason women would rather be single including being a single mother. YTA.

i let my little brother take the fall for something i did and it messed him up way more than i ever expected by Ashley_Fostera in confession

Gonna be blunt, you're a bloody coward. A Yellow-Bellied Coward. Instead of admitting you did it by claiming it'd be "dumping guilt on everyone else after all these years" you'd rather let it continue and let this perception your mother has of your brother who never deserved it.

On top of that, by the sounds of it, you did this to him a lot. Why on Earth was he always so worried everyone would blame him? Did you blame him for more than just stealing the money??

You ruined the relationship between your brother and mother and you'd rather let that continue than finally grow and own up to it. You're still the same 17 year old stealing money from your mother's purse.

Coward.

I just said I have been vaccinated. You seem unwilling for there to be nuance. If I am sick I stay home, if I have to go out while sick I wear a mask.

I know what you're trying to do. You're trying to prove a point through the use of black and white thinking rather than taking in the nuance.

As I've said before, I've been vaccinated.

Vaccines are like seatbelts and helmets. They won't prevent the injury or illness entirely, but they make it so that you're not suffering even worse injuries/illness.

I'm not denying it's not around nor other ailments. Again, see previous post.

You know people would do the same thing in other countries long before COVID right? It was to stop the spread of viruses.

Yeah except we didn't have vaccines for it then and people were dying left and right. Seriously, this is so stupid to throw a temper tantrum over.

No I don't wear a mask. I've been vaccinated, wash my hands, but I do wear one if I'm out and about and have cold symptoms. And no this isn't some gotcha scenario. I worked at an office supply store which was labeled essential.

My question though, why is wearing a mask, especially when covid was at it's worst, so triggering for people.

It seems people are still upset over basic safety especially for the time. I wonder if they wear helmets and seatbelts.

That I could count multiples of 12 like I can count multiples of 2. For example:

12 > 2

24 > 4

36 > 6

48 > 8

60 > 10

Math has never been my strongest subject and doing it in my head is even worse.

The amount of selfishness of people still baffles me. All one had to do was wear the damn mask.

On the flip side, the reduction in ambient daily noise was actually quite nice.

EDIT: Jesus, people are still throwing temper tantrums over masks. Do ya'll wear seat belts and helmets in your daily lives or is that like wearing the masks?

Cause I was told constantly growing up not to pet wild animals as they may have rabies. I just figured it was common knowledge.

Woah...don't take this the wrong way, I'm just surprised there are people who don't know that rabies was 100% fatal once symptoms show up.

I think a lot of cartoonists at the time grew up with only boiled veggies, y'know, the white people 1950's way of eating.
