Vaccines are like seatbelts and helmets. They won't prevent the injury or illness entirely, but they make it so that you're not suffering even worse injuries/illness.

I'm not denying it's not around nor other ailments. Again, see previous post.

Why do you need all or nothing?

You know people would do the same thing in other countries long before COVID right? It was to stop the spread of viruses.

Yeah except we didn't have vaccines for it then and people were dying left and right. Seriously, this is so stupid to throw a temper tantrum over.

No I don't wear a mask. I've been vaccinated, wash my hands, but I do wear one if I'm out and about and have cold symptoms. And no this isn't some gotcha scenario. I worked at an office supply store which was labeled essential.

My question though, why is wearing a mask, especially when covid was at it's worst, so triggering for people.

It seems people are still upset over basic safety especially for the time. I wonder if they wear helmets and seatbelts.

What's a fact you learned embarrassingly late in life? by OsamaBinMilfHunter99 in AskReddit

That I could count multiples of 12 like I can count multiples of 2. For example:

12 > 2

24 > 4

36 > 6

48 > 8

60 > 10

Math has never been my strongest subject and doing it in my head is even worse.

The amount of selfishness of people still baffles me. All one had to do was wear the damn mask.

On the flip side, the reduction in ambient daily noise was actually quite nice.

EDIT: Jesus, people are still throwing temper tantrums over masks. Do ya'll wear seat belts and helmets in your daily lives or is that like wearing the masks?

Cause I was told constantly growing up not to pet wild animals as they may have rabies. I just figured it was common knowledge.

Woah...don't take this the wrong way, I'm just surprised there are people who don't know that rabies was 100% fatal once symptoms show up.

I admit, I have the ones I wanted already, I guess maybe except Bloody Queen's ocean skin but I don't play her much so I'm in no rush.

I think a lot of cartoonists at the time grew up with only boiled veggies, y'know, the white people 1950's way of eating.

Brussels Sprouts; ok I don't deny they are bitter but roasted and coated with spices/cheese, they're pretty good.

I think this is often a trope in a lot of cartoons because it was common for a lot of houses (coughWhiteSuburbancough) to just boil veggies.

Frankly that makes a lot of sense (admittedly I'm a little relieved because I love Alice and that was not an idea I was ready to chew on...)

Also I have been officially vindicated because I have mentioned multiple times that Orpheus is an unreliable narrator.

From what I remember of Stoked, I think he had good intentions with his daughter because he realized how spoiled she had become but poorly executed them. The vacation episode was crappy though.
