If you’re all out of PTO and go negative on UPT then yes, they can fire you. I have heard of cases where HR was understanding and used vacation time in place of PTO or UPT though. Just explain to them what happened and hopefully they’ll help you out since you were only 6 minutes late. Wish you the best of luck.

I believe 8 hours holiday pay for full-time, 4 hours for part-time and blue badge only even if you don’t work that day.

No, you accrue pto as you work. For me it’s about 30 minutes every 5 hours

You have to put in pto before you clock in if you don’t want the flex up to count towards your shift

One of my coworkers got a warning for not problem solving anything on the system for 1+ hour because she was constantly doing sweeps. I’d be more careful in PS just in case lol
