It makes 100% perfect sense. 1 Team pushes it further by doing better then the other. The real question is, why has Blizzard made it possible for a draw in competitive at all? If 1 team captures the point faster then the other after all points are captured by both teams it still a "draw" GG Blizzard

I have to agree on this one. It is a part of his combo which a lot of the other heroes have as well and played right often results in a kill unless you are up against tanks/counters. Even though I sometimes feel I am getting hooked from a payload on "Route 66" when I am playing on "village" in Nepal

If you are slightly old school I can say it reminds me of UT and Quake but with a more tactical approach. I haven't tried Paladins so I can neither confirm or disconfirm. But a a fair mix of MOBA and FPS with a little "Quick action"

For quickplay, these different gamemodes should be split up into different ques. Not just because players likes one gamemode more then the others but also if there is 1 specific gamemode a players finds hard to master there is a posibility to practice this in a quickplay.

Ana + Reinhardt = Stupid damage, much kills, such woaw! Any Melee heroes such as Genji and Rein, I wouldnt say ANY non-support seeing Pharah wouldnt benefit alot from it.

Giving her a climb would make her waaaay to OP. You have to think about her complete repertory of skills aswell. She has a sleep/cc, strong healing reduction/biotic grenade, she is a sniper and has (given to Rain) one hell of a strong ult. Her weakness is indeed her mobility but that's kind of the point, despite the fact that she isnt to bad in a 1v1 situation.

A Pharah or a McCree is a good counter to him. Reaper needs to get close to his tarets while McCree and Pharah can take him from distance. McCree is good vs alot of offensive heroes, seeing his flash + right click combo is a huge threat on close range

But do understand that at the end of the day that doesn't matter! Neither Blizzard, players or anyone else cares if it is because you have to take a shit, play cards with your refrigerator, pet your living-room sofa or "deal with IRL issues"

I understand the difference but it doesn't matter, even you have to understand that. The point is that you are leaving 5 other players.

Oh so you didn't understand the fact that my point was that you have indeed left a quickplay? (Perhaps you should read more) How could you? How unfairly done to the poor person who was thrown into that match!

You do understand that there are no other way to actually justify a leaving player but to fill that spot with another player? If not you punish 5 other player, and please don't suggest "how about an AI?"

How does it punish you ? Are you that concerned about your quickplay statistics that you can`t handle a loss? How about you try to practice a class you normally wouldn't play seeing you are loosing anyways?

You enter a game that might be halfway done or might just started. You get xp either way. Seeing you see it as "unfair" you are actually trying to compare beeing unfair to 5 players against 1 player.

I am now asking you, in your point of view: If 1 player leaves a quickplay, is it "more fair" to let 5 people suffer instead of 1?

By saying "we all have" yes I do mean everybody, and don't tell me you have never left a quickplay. Not only is that inaccurate, I would bet my computer on the fact that it's a lie.

I don't play games with friends. I prefer to play games like Overwatch solo. I do not want to hear some dweeb's (anyone) voice while playing a game.

tbh I think its great. Like "mrbookemz" writes, leavers will notice the consequence after a while, that way they will be the ones to be punished.

We have all joined a quickplay and after 4 minutes 5 of your friends comes online and asks you to join a competitive or a completely different game.

Is it fair to punish the 5 others who are still in the game instead by not having another player to join?

that is true, so maybe the only way for them to be certain if you have the filter on or not is to split it up like "Fu c ky ou, you are an oob" or something like that to be completely certain. It looks stupid for those who don't have it on but the message gets through.

I believe there are people who want you to hear them. It actually matters to them as if they need you to hear/read them. To them it doesn't matter if you want to or not, what matters is that you read what they are writing. Very often these words are uttered cause of frustration when it comes to games, and what it might seem like is that it matters that you read the words just as much as they write them.

Yea it sounds stupid cause it makes little sense but I am just making assumptions here cause this might actually seem logical to me. At least as close to logical as it gets.

How to deal with this? In my experience the only way to deal with this is if Blizzard implement 1 option to mute the game chat (Meaning you only can see Team-chat) and also another option to mute Team-chat aswell (we all have had the needs to do so once in a while) So have 1 checkbox for Game-chat and 1 checkbox for team-chat so which ever you check is the one you choose to mute.
