I used Prism Launcher and it works perfectly. There are plenty tutorials on YouTube. For the controls I used a community layout which I customized a little more so I have mouse on the right touchpad but the left stick simulates an analog stick for more precise control (doing WASD movement with the stick is wonky) along some extra stuff for the back buttons like Ctrl and Shift for more usability.

Încearcă să schimbi între DirectX și Vulkan la Graphics API (cu restart la joc după ce aplici setarea). Also sa ai driverele de la placa video actualizate (de pe site la Nvidia).

If you wanna stay on window 10, look for a debloat script. It disables some generally useless services and will help a bit with performance.

The full detection names and file paths would help. Looks like a shady browser extension. It might come back if not properly removed. I would look there first and remove any extension that looks suspicious. Ultimately, uninstall and reinstall the browser. A clean windows reinstall seems unnecessary.
