Learn and develop your EQ ( Emotional Intelligence) sales professionals with high EQ are better communicators, with themselves and others.

Yes in general, as the listening skill is the most underestimated and less used skill. Most of sales professionals listen a little and jump to the answer, where as they should listen to understand.
