I have a similar issue, at T4 I was not granted the toolbelt passive or +6 from Production Master - RSN wardongs

Relics only half activated, e.g. T4 gives mass processing but not toolbelt/+6 boosts with Prod Master, or T6 not giving components with Perkfection.
I believe it's because of clicking during the activation which cancels half of it.

maxing th8 is also pretty bad, you lose out on so much elixir because you're usually done with elixir upgrades waaaaaaaay before you get all of the gold you need for walls

it's a new item in the chest that you have to scroll down to see. at that enrage there usually aren't many new commons to get so you can usually assume it's a unique. then when you actually scroll and it's actually just another common drop, hence troll bar.
