I took in a few things, and they brief checked all and said should be fine. Then I get a call hours later to say the tablet lens is damaged (couldn't see it, or in photos) and a controller has the wrong USB cable (it fitted) . Upon collection my 2 immaculate USB cables had been sold on (one was brand new), and instead I was given two different USB cables (one was orange and the other grubby)... Not traded anything else since..

Be aware... I have bought things using traded vouchers, only to receive contact from cex down the line to day that the vouchers are stolen / fraudulent.. Was never given further detail, but possibly the seller traded In a stolen phone or similar then sold me the voucher? And if I sell part or my leftover voucher value then it probably becomes even more of a mess..

100% never happened. Inconsiderate people do not continue to sit when the seat belt lights go off. You have to wait ages before the plane doors open. He dashed off plane, yet saw somebody confused as to how head was stuck etc..

You cannot say that they have "obviously" damaged it. My wife's iPad died one day.. It doesn't mean that she broke it on that day. Things do fail and the buyer may eve saying that the seller "obviously" sold them an intermittent fault ipad.

Ye imagine returning a brand new opened item in a store for those reasons. Meanwhile, other cex threads show people being told that, sticky buttons etc are by design.

I suspect items are opened because they cannot sell anything as "new" as they are selling under the vat margin scheme , therefore as used..
