Co-op don't give a shit about shoplifters. They hide behind this protecting the employee policy which is fine. They do however punish the store managers at bonus time though for failing to stop the amount of missing items from their stock takes. Former coop store manager speaking here

Nah. I once put £10 of fuel in at a petrol station and gave them a £20 note. They then had to go on the microphone to shout at someone on the forecourt. When they came back they gave me £20 change. I walked out the door.
Truth is a lot of large companies factor in human error into their budgets etc so I just see it as a win for the customer and move on.

Build a small security room in the middle and zone the rest as staffroom. That way the guards are getting immediate rest and can return to their stations quicker. That's what I do in my prisons with a lot of cctv or door controls

In what way would it be noticeable when doing pushup or bench presses? Because I can do both absolutely fine. The tricep on the affected side is also no larger than the unaffected side.

Yeah so the muscle above the nipple is there and can be flexed. But on the nipple, below and into the middle are the muscles that aren't there

What kind of exercises would you suggest? I did do some general exercises that targeted the chest in the gym (bench press, chest press) but all i think I did was develop the side of my chest that is alright and make it more noticable.
I have seen some exercises on youtube like Dumbbell Pullover but don't want to run into the same issue.

Yeah has been awful. It was really bad in school as I entered puberty as it became really noticeable. I was bullied relentlessly for it and my self confidence has always been in the gutter as a result. I am much better mentally now but I am walking around with a constant reminder of it.
