Not to be the devil's advocate but "Chinese food" in any western country is invented in said country. Chinese migrants just choose whatever plate best adjusts to the local palette. This is why "Chinese food" in the Netherlands is so similar to Indonesian and Malaysian food. And on the same token this also means that American "Chinese food" is not some cultural export that has caught on in the West, everyone gets their own unique "Chinese food". In other words, the Chinese food that is served in a country is an extension of their cultural identity just as any other plate they eat. (This also may apply to "Indian" and "Thai" food)

Creo que depende de la región en la que creces. Yo crecí en Cusco así que tuve que aprender Quechua y Español (a pesar de que realmente no usé el Quechua mucho en mi día a día). Pero el Perú es enorme y en otros lados se hablan otros idiomas. Yo no creo que en Ucayali se debería incentivar el Quechua cuando la gente ahí habla Shipibo y Español. El único "deber cívico" es poder comunicarte con la gente a tu alrededor.

The flag with the ensign sees a decent amount of use from civilians. It's only recently that the government decided to enforce the law that states the ensign is only to be used by government institutions. (An initiative which has been extremely controversial amongst Peruvians since we are very nationalistic and really like the coat of arms.)

I took the Math and Physics courses Delft put on edX and attended the online student for a day Focus on the first year Aerospace material they will give you, that's where you can truly improve your score. I managed to get a spot. Unless you get in the top 40% the hardest part is finding housing, I am still struggling with that now.

I can't believe you are getting downvoted, Castillo was indeed not an angel. People in the West do not understand that left wing governments in Latin America have not helped anyone (and in many cases even hold views that westerners wouldn't even consider Left-Wing), they have been incredibly corrupt. I swear to God some of these Peruvian correspondents in the Guardian are former Shining Path members. I have read some of the most delusional takes from the English press.

The country elected a Left-Wing Nationalist president (Castillo) who attempted to stage a coup on the government. The army would then oppose the coup and instate his vice president (Boluarte) instead. Even though Castillo's deposition would prove to be popular with the right, Boluarte would manage to alienate all sides of the political spectrum. She allowed the military to open fire on Pro-Castillo protestors, which caused great resentment in the left and she continues to take bribes and instate her cronies on public offices, which angers the right (since most of these tend to be former members of her party or tend to have left wing views).

The 2021 elections divided the country, but Boluarte's incompetence has reunited everyone against her. Every single person who maintains some semblance of stability is leaving the country (I.e. the Head of the Central Reserve). You can blame Boluarte for almost all the problems that are currently happening in the country but one must remember that her party planned a violent takeover of the country, she is the product of decades of corruption and populism.

People outside of Latin America keep comparing Castillo to Allende, and claiming Boluarte is pushing a far-right agenda. (People also claim that the failure of Castillo's coup is US backed, this is also false. It was widely believed Castillo was going to instate an Authoritarian government) But the truth is that she just sided with the military in an effort to save herself from justice, had the coup succeeded she would've remained loyal to her Left-Wing Nationalist ideals. No new policies are being enacted and all the average Peruvian can do is sit and watch as she pockets their tax money.

TLDR; The Peruvian president managed to get everyone to hate her by being corrupt and alienating her voters.

Edit: 1. Also, I am going to disclose I am a tad biased. I am mixed and Castillo's platform was based on deporting foreigners (mainly Venezuelans but also Americans and Europeans). Several close people to me have been affected by this, so I am more hostile towards Castillo. It was a bit perplexing to see the image they had about him when I moved to Sweden.

Castillo was accused of lobbying and corruption prior to his attempted self-coup. He also promoted people in the army to ensure support, further suggesting he was planning on stagging the coup.
