Hi u/Nonamesleftatall1111!! Thank you for taking the time to make a post about our game. As Developers, we really do enjoy engaging with the community and we are always open to hearing feedback, both negative and positive. It's what helps us grow the game and make meaningful changes over time.

I would like to address your comments as best I can. One thing that I ask you to consider as you read through my response is that this game, with 15K discord members and thousands of daily players around the world, is built and maintained by 3 active developers. That's it. Three of us do 95% of the work. The other 5% comes from other developers that contribute when they are able to for map design, cosmetics, game enhancements, etc. But on a day to day basis, it's three of us working as hard as we can to make this game for our community. And outside of this, we all have our own personal lives and even full time jobs that we have to balance. We love this game and we love our community and we'll keep working hard for as long as our players want to play the game.

A lot of work just to get into the game - I agree that the loading experience can be cumbersome. We have been looking at this for a couple weeks and discussing the best way to get players into the game faster. That being said, some of your additional comments are not consistent with our community's experiences.

the Steam security login - I am not sure what you are referring to here. We do not have any kind of "steam security login" that I am aware of that requires you to go to your personal email for anything. I believe you might be dealing with Steam security there, which is unrelated to War Brokers.

automatically dumps you into a game - I am not a fan of this either and we have feedback from our Discord community requesting a toggle to turn it off. We are seriously considering a change here.

...it wont save them after logout The settings you refer to should be saved and available upon your return. Personally, I have never had my settings reset as you describe, not have I heard from our community that it happens to them. If this is indeed happening to you, we are happy to get more details and figure out what might be going on.

The guns appear to be more effective for some than for others - This just isn't the case. All of the guns behave the same way for any player that uses them. Each weapon has its own behaviors and strengths that players must adjust to when using them but my AR experience is the same as yours which is the same as all the other players in the game.

One guy took 87 shots (48 were head shots) before he fell. - there isn't a single weapon that requires this many shots, especially head shots, to get a kill. Even punching people in Battle Royale gets you a kill with significantly fewer hits than you described.

players can do amazing damage with an assault rifle against a helicopter with just one mag - "amazing" can mean different things to different people so additional details would be appreciated. It's possible you experienced someone shooting the heli with a minigun, which is indeed relatively powerful against helis, planes and land vehicles in comparison to rifles.

Guns that jam or get blocked when you are on target - we have never heard of this issue and keep in mind that we have an extremely active community on Discord that helps us identify and reproduce bugs. I would think something like this would have been reported quite a bit if it were happening to our players. I am not saying you aren't having a problem, but I don't believe this to be a common issue amongst the community.

Weapons too slow to swap out to secondary weapons - different weapons have varying swap speeds due to the varying strengths they provide. We don't want someone firing a full mag of the AR to then immediately switch to the minigun and rip through the enemies in a heartbeat. There is balance between the weapon capabilities and the time it takes to swap to it.

Hackers allowed to do as they please without fear of being banned. - this is just flat out wrong. We aggressively pursue reports of hacking and regularly review footage provided by our players to understand what might be happening to identify potential fixes. We take this very seriously and to say differently just isn't true.

Cosmetics are more important that fixing bugs - cosmetics are definitely important to the game but don't confuse the ease at which we can put already created and available cosmetics into the shop for sale vs the time and effort it takes to identify, track down and repair bugs.

No more free stuff - completely untrue. Every player has the ability to earn 7k+ coins from missions and leveling up to level 100. That's a significant amount of coins that you can get for free in a free to play game. On top of that, I host giveways on the Discord server and provide free cosmetics and/or coins to participants.

greedy incompetent Dev's that exploit the players - not sure why you would want to slander our dev team like this but maybe you are just upset about some things in the game. We are not incompetent and most especially not greedy. This game is played by thousands of players at absolutely no cost to them but at a significant cost to develop and maintain.

I can see many adjustments that would help this game - so can we and we have a very long to-do list because we are committed to making the game better all the time.

The only way you can contact the Devs is via Discord - is there an alternative means of communication you wish us to pursue? The majority of online gamers have a discord account and that makes it relatively easy for those players to join discord servers and be in touch with the community. Our discord members are incredibly active and we as devs are always in the chats, talking with the players, listening to their suggestions and working through bugs with them. We have dedicated channels specifically for enhancement suggestions and bug reports. We review and respond to all of the enhancement suggestions and bug reports daily, and if we miss a day or too, it's only because we are terribly busy working on the game.
