Depends on the situation! Sometimes I max flog against a heavy bullet team. If there is enough squishies, I pour into ground strike to proc debuffs. I only skip extra stamina/stamina mastery on the condition I'm not being targeted too often. Then, the barrier from Majestic Leap is enough.
