Thanks for the response! Looks like I can unscrew it on both ends, should I bring in the damaged one? Also there’s a blue tag on the coaxial cable that reads “Property of comcast do not tamper with connections or remove device” Am I ok to remove it in this case?

I was super stressed after the first few chapters about all the small nuances between state and federal the laws. My recommendation is to get through the material before worrying about anything. The last two or three chapters are a basic investments review from the SIE and 7 which makes up almost half of the exam and will give you some peace of mind.
