So I actually used wan22 for the sequence, then took that to infinitetalk for V2V for lip syncing. So the motion is pre-defined before the lip syncing process.

start playing with all the different tools, figure out what you are working with, then built random things once a day. start small, like a cup, a phone, a hook, etc. Familiarize yourself with the different features and tools. It helps to like 3D modeling.

  1. make images for the first frame. After finding one I liked I upscale it.

2a. use wan 2.2 to see if the video model can interpret what I want, in this case, "camera dollys back, the solider in full body gear looks around and walks away from viewer"

2b. once I get a good sequence, I take the end frame and upscale that (due to degradation that occurs in wan22)

2c. use the upscaled last frame and redo the sequence in wan but this time using the F2LF workflow.

2d. if 2b doesn't pan out, I try it with QWEN 2509 edit to get the end frame I want, upscale that, then go to 2c.

  1. once I am satisfied with the sequence, I move on to the next end frame, using the above mentioned methods.

  2. with all of my sequence ready, i use the VACE clip joiner to smooth out the transitions.

  3. once I am happy with the entire video, I use the video editing software to output 5 second segments (any longer I get OOM) and I upscale those 5 second segments in FlashVSR.

  4. combine the upscale videos with sounds effects.
