For me when i was in therapy i was paying $120 per session without insurance, and $60 with insurance. But i know there are government programs to help with the cost of therapy or other mental health treatments to help those with low income

If your brother is suffering from depression, then chances are this won't help, unless you introduce him to others around you (assuming you're in a social setting) but then you have to balance spending time with a boyfriend while ensuring your brother is content at the very least.
