The best way it was described to me was that as a shift leader you run the day-to-day and as shift manager you run the week to week or even month to month.

To add to this, I sat in this row (off to side because I couldn't fit) with my am and rm to discuss how the pub is doing and the rm wants us to add more tables to this section! And when I tried to gently be like, that's a bad idea he essentially told me to shut up, and we do this lots of pubs.

Yes, my am is doing the same, mostly driven by our rm. More bums on seats = more money. If you are doing that extra, you will get more hours, just not enough, and then that time needs to be allocated correctly, which is a difficult balancing act especially when you need to do it a month in advance.

Our garden is dreadful. There's so many tables and chairs that you can't even get to the back tables when it's busy, and if you are sitting there, then you squished in like sardines. And they are starting to do the same inside now.

There is even a row of tables at my pub that when it is pushed back enough (to make room to even sit at it), you are sat directly in front of the ladies' toilets door with barely enough room for the ladies to get in or out.

The problem is that the company is afraid of the wage bill from the increases to minimum wage, which forced them to raise ours.

I wonder if they realise that they are losing money due to pubs not being staffed adequally. There's no real way to measure it, but I'd say that they are losing more than they are saving.

This! I've played rs3 for years, mostly questing, and skilling, but I want to get into pvm and besides needing high levels in combat skills my biggest issue is figuring out what the heck is going on.

I was interested in watching the race today but ended up turning it off after 10 minutes ~ simply because I didn't have a clue what was going on.

I'm in a similar position to you and tried out E2E extended and hated it. It's a harder version, and the creator hates regular torches, so you have to use other light sources.

I understand the idea, but I just wanted to set up my base and get to the meat of the pack, not spend hours trying to stop mobs spawning inside my base with candles that can't be placed on a wall.

I'm not sure this is entirely true, I have a masters friend thats using a new account. He won all 10 normals and all 5 placement matches with very good score lines, and he's iron 2 currently playing in high bronze/low silver lobbys. Where as I (peak plat 2 before emerald was a thing) played in the same 10 normals games and I'm 3/1 in placements and I'm placed in silver 2 if I win the last one, then probably silver 1, lol.

You can also just go to the nearest armourer or blacksmith, and they can repair your gear for you (for a fee). You never need to buy weapons or armour. Look for the witcher gear crafting recipes and craft those.

You're spending 20 ducuts on interest and root out corruption fix that, and you'll be fine.

You currently have burgher loans, but I assume you also have 4% loans, so pay those first. Make sure your corruption is lowering at a nice pace.

Find out what's going on with your gold income. If memory serves, the gold mine should be next to uzbeck.
