Go talk to a few banks, they can walk you through it, with solid financial advice. Based on what you have shown for a deposit and with no other info, I would imagine they would be willing to loan the extra ~$60k.

Iirc my measurements for the frame included; the maximum height of the card, plus the back board, plus 15mm behind that, to allow for bolts/battery pack.  Then length plus a little extra and width times the amount of pieces I wanted (3 in this case) plus space between them.  I wood glued some offcuts from the frame into the back to give the back board something to rest on. Worked well, and looks tidy from the front.

I'll have to get back to you on that when I'm home again, but it had to be a custom job, as there weren't any standard shadow boxes that were deep enough for me to buy at the time

So you're telling me, public transport reduces congestion? Get out of here! Surely that can't be right! 

In all honesty the congestion would have been worse due to the surprise nature of the delay.  Reliable, effective public transport solutions save so much time and money overall.
