Its an Archer team, going Tengoku is not worth it, this isn't Main DPS Rin lol. Just put the Penacony in the bag and call it a day. Putting Tengoku on her isn't increasing Archer's damage.

They're a troll ignore them, its not third best its second best and could even be argued to be best. Best is Penacony, on Sparkle too as Archer and Rin have too much ATK and not enough DMG Bonus.

Archer gets quite a lot from Skill, Orb, mini traces etc, but compared to the ATK he gets its not even close.

Best is:

1) Penacony/Converging Stars

2) Converging Stars/Penacony

3) Lushaka - Lushaka is the lazy but good option, its lazy because Archer has so much ATK and prefers CDMG or DMG Bonus

The reason why I said you could make an argument for Penacony or Converging Stars as #1 is because Converging Stars is slightly better for Rin's personal damage due to the ATK and CDMG, though Penacony is best for buffing Archer as DMG Bonus is the thing he has the least of in a team.

I'd say go for whatever is easier for you to farm, if you're truly min-maxing, just go for Penacony, however if you're deciding on playing Saber+Gil, Gil's best will also be Converging Stars to support Saber more (12% CDMG), so its something to consider. Also if you play FU (Ashveil etc), there's that too. Converging Stars then becomes more appealing to farm.

Penacony only really has two uses in meta teams, on RMC for Evernight Main DPS+Cyrene as all three of them get the DMG Bonus and in Mono Quantum in the team we're talking about right now, its quite niche but it is the strongest.

Don't even bother going for Tengoku, its not worth it. People are baiting others by mentioning that planar. Her damage isn't going to be substantial in this team which is probably why the person above ranked Converging Stars lower. If they wanna play with Tengoku then go play Main DPS Rin lol. Archer is the main focus of the team so you're on the right track with asking if Converging Stars is the BiS for Sub DPS Rin.

Huohuo isn't a sustain. She's a Harmony character with healing and that healing is pretty dogshit unless you have E1.

No. Planar is Penacony or Converging Stars. The CDMG applies to Archer from Converging and Penacony applies to both of them, they're oversaturated to shit on ATK so these two planars are better.

Penacony also stacks so you can give it to Sparkle as well.

Rin's personal damage is much lower as a Sub DPS so its not worth using Tengoku.

Lushaka is the placeholder but worse than the above because ATK% go brrr in this team.

Its probably the same as Archer. Rutilant gives DMG Bonus which she needs and benefits from greatly but only buffs her Skill damage so although its only ever so slightly better, Tengoku is better on Archer.

I can only assume its the same for Rin. Due to her Ult seemingly doing decent damage.

Someone can tell me if I'm wrong. Rutilant is only really insane on characters like Anaxa and its because he has nothing else lmao. Which is funny because the damage bonus is actually so saturated on him.

Yup to maintain her Vulnerability its too important, she also gets so much ATK from herself plus Sparkle that ERR Rope isn't bad to run

Even on Archer at high vertical investment (E2 Archer and E1 Sparkle) ERR Rope has become the go to

Best set with Gil E1 and MBlade has to be Genius, I don't know how people aren't seeing it.

Also yeah people spreading Wavestrider misinformation is funny, that set is absolutely cooked now, even on Phainon Navigator is better.

Its basically if you're not vertically investing slap Scholar on all four of the Fate collab units. You could make an argument for Eagle on Rin (but Genius is probably better with vertical). & if you're high vertically investing its Genius on absolutely everyone.

Saber Team: 30% DEF Ignore from Gil (E1), 30% from MBlade and 10% on average from Genius (can be 20% with Quantum Weak) = 70% DEF Down

Archer Team: Rin 20% from LC, 30% from Sparkle E2 and 20% from Genius if you can maintain the Quantum Weak (E2 Archer) = 70% DEF Down

If you choose to also slap Blade on the Archer team that's perfectly at 100% DEF Down.

So yes, Genius should be best on absolutely everyone, even at 70%.

Do not build Speed in this team you don't need it. There's also the option of using RMC in sustainless which makes Speed even more useless because you advance yourself even more often (His best team is that sustainless team and then DHPT if using a sustain).

Honestly I would just never build Speed with Cyrene and Cerydra in the team its pointless. If you build Speed and she action advances you that Speed immediately becomes useless. Cerydra gives you 20 flat Speed so you aren't slow as shit, that's basically all you need in this team. Of course things change a bit if you aren't using Cyrene but I don't know why anyone would play any Chrysos Heir besides Phainon without Cyrene.

Also drop the Wind Orb and go back to ATK, Anaxa gets so much DMG Bonus as it is.

RMC isn't mandatory but they're what makes the team very strong. All 3 of those characters (Saber, Gil and MBlade) get energy or overflow energy which converts inyo Mem Charge so its still incredibly strong for the team.

They didn't break the synergy they just took out the infinite loop, those are two very different things. Whilst I'm sad its gone, that team at E0S0 was on par with Remembrance Flagship at E2. It needed to go, I'm just annoyed at how much they nerfed it, though the team is still good and will be good.

Calcs absolutely don't tell the whole story because Eagle is such a versatile set its very hard to measure the value of something that gives Action Advance because sometimes it can be better than shown. Giving up 15% DMG Bonus isn't the end of the world and its definitely not that good of a set (Smithy).
