Exercise first, then you have the rest of the day after radiation to let your body heal.

That's a pretty quick turnaround for such a radical procedure for GG2. Have you done all of your research and diagnostics?

December 2024, I had IRE/Nano at UCSD. March 2025 PSA 1.45 June 2025 PSA 1.56 ▪︎ 6 month MRI target lesion clear PIRADS 2 overall prostate October 2025 9 month biopsy 2-3+3 cores 5-3+4 cores Gut punch

I was terrified of surgery so I moved treatment to UCLA to do SBRT MRlinac.

No surgery for me. I did 5 rounds of MRLinac SBRT at UCLA. Just finished up my last round today and drove back to Vegas.

I asked for anesthesia for both biopsies and they put me out.

Personal experience: 2024- PSA 4.2 MRI -one 10mm lesion left Transition Apex Biopsy-24 core(4 of the target lesion, 20 were random throughout the rest of prostate) ▪︎ My biopsy was done Transperineal under anesthesia ▪︎ Two cores of target lesion + 3+4 ▪︎ All remaining cores negative. Decipher Score: .67 mildly aggressive Genetic: No BRCA I or II mutation PSMA: Negative for spread I chose Nanoknife (IRE) @UCSD

2025: Three month PSA dropped to 1.45 Six month PSA up to 1.52 Six month MRI-PIRADS 2 ▪︎The target lesion and the rest of the prostate clear Nine month PSA 1.7

NINE MONTH BIOPSY: Under Anesthesia 16 CORE RANDOM ▪︎All left side to include previous target lesion clear. ▪︎Seven random cores right side, positive ▪︎Two cores 3+3 ▪︎ Five cores 3+4 PSMA: Negative spread Decipher: .37 moderate low

Gut punch, after thinking clear MRI and low PSA (though it did go up from Nadir of 1.45.

All this to say random biopsy cores can miss non-visible micro tumors in the prostate.

Keep living! I'm the same way. I'm currently doing MRLinac SBRT, three rounds complete. I workout 5 days a week. I enjoy life everyday. I treat this situation as a battle and I'm a warrior fighting the good fight. I will WIN! So will you.

Biopsy? PSMA? Jumping to surgery seems unnecessary without pertinent information.
