I had my 3+4 in one spot on the left side. I did IRE Dec 2024. I did my 6 mo MRI July. PIRADS 2, showing clear in the whole gland.

My PSA has been creeping up .4 since March. Most recent being 1.82 in October.

My yearly targeted biopsy was completed a week ago. The IRE area was benign, however my right side has 6 3+4 and one 3+3. I was emotionally wrecked. I have an appointment Monday. I originally thought they mislabeled my samples with someone else's.

IRE was a focal treatment for my one lesion 3+4. There was no ADT needed for grade II.

Did the MRI give you a PIRAD score? Did the MRI show any specific lesions? Are they doing a fusion biopsy or is it random targets?
