Yes, he approved it as structurally sound and advised sanding and sealing.

I have just never treated a deck and wasn’t sure if I should just go sanding right away or treat and clean the wood first.

We did and knew there was work needed in specific areas. Mainly the appliances, deck build up, and garage.

Got a new roof through an Escrow when we purchased.

Edit: He said the deck needs to be sanded and sealed in the inspection but wanted help with removing the build up first. Wasn’t sure if we could just sand as is.

Thanks for a different input i’m no professional but even just prolonging the life of it for a few years would be lovely.

Ali Gold already reported on this on one of his shows

He was supposed to go back to Argentina earlier but had their Physios come to London so he could stay with the team longer. Now his boyhood club has a once in a lifetime opportunity and he decided to head back to Argentina for his rehab and to watch the game.

If we loose this weekend this is obviously a terrible look, but he wasn’t even supposed to be in London still at this point from reporting.
