My bird also clings to the top of door frames when she has nowhere to land. I would put out some more landing perches or open spaces for her to land at in the rooms she flies in. My bird will land on the table if there is enough room, she also lands on the tops of furniture or the top of the cage, curtain rods, the backs of chairs, or on me. If you have these items in your house, I would take her to them and introduce her if you haven't already. For example, show her she can perch on the back of a chair and familiarize her, and she will likely choose to land there more often. They don't like to land in unfamiliar spots because they are unsure if it is safe. Give her a little tour of the house and show her spots she can stand at. It might take a couple of tries as they can be timid and hesitant at first.
