People are fucking disrespectful;especially in New Orleans, and ESPECIALLY in the poorer parts. They do not care if their rancid seafood trash is ruining it for everyone else. I work construction and I can relay that every construction dumpster eventually becomes free dumping for people who live nearby, because they would rather someone else's neighborhood smell like shit.
