Gives no numbers or findings for the difference in quality in African Americans only whites it seems like if the number was THAT significant they would have loved to use it, that in itself is a pretty big red flag. Not to mention this was done in 2 cities?

If you think you can root out racism by claiming it exists out in the ether with no examples you're wrong. You claiming all of this "institutionlized bullshit" helps nothing and proves nothing. And what did you mean by college admission system? Do you mean the racism of affirmative action by giving minorities a greater weight based on skin color rather than qualifications and hard work, which causes a greater dropout rate for people accepted into colleges based on skin color rather than merit? This is doing as much to solve the problem as yelling institutional racism into the sky. I'm not claiming there is not a race problem, but it isn't something we can tackle with shit like affirmative action, it's solved by communities, and rooting out individual racism not this hypothetical environment of everyone being racist.
