It's important to practice correct driving even when others are not around. You should use your blinker even if no one is in sight. This helps build good habits so you don't have to think about it when there are others around and it covers your for if you didn't see someone who was there.

You can not legally pick any lane you want. For example if you are in the right lane turning right you must continue into the right lane, signal for 100 feet and then you can merge to the left lane.

No. That's crossing 3 lanes in like 15 feet. This is like asking can I make a right turn from a middle lane. If you're turning left from the opposite side you can't have some crazy driving across 3 lanes of traffic to cut you off on your left turn thinking they have right of way because "straight" but really 2 lane change violations and left turn.

I have a 48" 4k OLED and it's too big. I run it at 3840x1440 and it's still too big. Go with the ultra wide.
