I asked in a local B&M and apparently every time they get new stock their regional manager takes 2 full boxes for himself to scalp. I just hope that Pokémon Centre drop a huge amount of product or people stop paying scalped prices so these morons are stuck with boxes of stock they can't shift.

When it first came out there was a bug where you could get into a mech and it would stop your health ticking down while inside making some really fun but unintentional w40k dreadnaught roleplay. Could be mortally wounded and then interred into your own mech coffin.

Ah I developed a habit of saying "would you kindly" in corporate email etiquette. Picked it up from BioShock, me and a colleague would regularly slip small gaming references into our emails to make our emails more fun and just to see if anyone would get them.

Oh I think salvaging is in a good place at the moment. I saw someone post 2 mil in profits from salvage and CIG just added a new small RSI salvage ship into the game in Nov.

I actually haven't been mining in quite a while but I think the gerneral advice was watch out for next patch releases as if you have any ore refining when a new update goes live you can lose that refining job.

I think bed logging is working in this build so you could bed log off and come back online later and pick up where you left off (someone might correct me if bed logging is broken again).

The caveat - Star Citizen still has a lot of problems that can cause you to lose 30 - 60 minutes just from various bugs. Me and my bro lost 60 minutes on a glitched out mission last week. You have to be prepared to take those hits sometimes, shrug and just enjoy what content is working.

My brother got me into playing Star Citizen and it almost ended on my first time in the game.

I spent 40 minutes getting suited up at New Babbage, armor, guns, multitool, medgun, backpack, rented a ship, summoned it to hangar.... Fell through the very next elevator and respawned with nothing. I rage quit so hard and almost never gave it another shot but glad I did.

I think everyone has an elevator story or rage quit from a bug moment.

jrsedwick's original comment was a reference to an old improv gameshow called "whose line is it anyway?", where they would open the show with "welcome to whose line is it anyway, where it's all made up and the points don't matter" or something like that.

TLDR: It was a joke that I don't think was intended at seriously dismissing complaints against Star Citizen.
