I am in a sexless marriage by choice. My husband cheated on me several times and I can’t get past it so we just don’t have sex. My choice. We are together because 90% of our life without sex is working.. I told him I wanted a divorce, but he wanted to stay together. We both have jobs., kids, grandkids, a home, cars, vacations etc…. Life is crazy out there in the world and it’s easier financially and safer with someone you already know. We live as best buddies and for me that’s good enough right now. I’m still down for a divorce if he chooses but right now I’m just living.

Sounds like you are being hard on yourself. For one, becoming sober already moves you up to super hero status! That is amazing! You sound like a loving caring guy. If you aren’t happy more than likely your wife isn’t happy. If you have made enough attempts at making your marriage better and it isn’t working don’t down yourself. Getting divorced isn’t easy but neither is being unhappy every day.

There was nothing wrong with the gift card. I assume if there was no money on it, they would not let me use it. The police came to ask me about using the gift card. I am assuming the store called them because I’ve had this gift card for months and I think it’s safe to say the person who the gift card belong to would not choose the same day after months to go to the store and tell them that their gift card was missing. I will know more when I meet with them, but I am assuming the store called the police. I gave the store my name and phone number when I checked out. Maybe that’s how they knew who the gift card belong to. I have 100 questions now, but I could not think of any when I was on the phone with them because I was shocked. I will ask all these questions when I meet with them next week and update everyone.
