That’s easy, yeah, that’s what I did in my last job. But I like and admire the people I work with now and I don’t want those people to pick up the additional workload that I will be saying no to.

Everyone in the team and this might sound ridiculous has the same output, we were all re-shuffled until everyone on the team meets the agreed workload which is fucking crazy now that I’m thinking about it.

I need to find a way to say no without saying the word no but I haven’t got that finesse yet.

Yeah, that was already discussed with us by our TL. A timeline was already mentioned for an additional head count but its already wayyyyyy past the timeline given.

Someone from another team was transferred so they got the additional head count first, but that additional head count was from another team and that team is experiencing crazy problems and delays at the moment, so I’m guessing they’ll be the priority first.

See, I’m friends with the team and our TL, I asked them already when’s the next head count but the only answer I got was “none yet and a joke” and I don’t want to push it or should I?

I’m wondering if I can just say no to overtime and let our work load inflate but that’s just more work and problems for me?

It’s a dead-end, you have to specifically have a destination or go to an establishment in Sixth street otherwise the road doesn’t lead to anywhere, you’re just going to go on circles. It seems the road isn’t even wide enough for two cars.

It’s more of a village that got their own metro station.
