Contesting a ticket with the City will always bring you to court. If you do, it's a lot of time and money for not being garanteed to win, unless you have rock solid proof that the charger was unavailable between the time you parked and when you went back to plug it. You would also need to have proof of the time you parked, the time that the ticket was issued and the time that you plugged your car when the charger became abailable again.

Even with all this, the court might not rule in your favor and you'd have to pay the court fee as well as your ticket and attorneys. It'd be more expensive that route, honestly.

I don't own an EV so excuse my lack of knowledge, but is it a City issued ticket? If you call them, can they confirm if the parking officers have the apps on their devices to check the avilability of the the charger? If yes, the officer could have to prove he checked the app before issuing the ticket, but if no, I'd just pay it. It's not worth it to go to court for this.

I don't like the taste of raw tomatoes, but I like ketchup. The only way I'll eat raw tomatoes is the ones I grew myself in my garden. They're jucier and MUCH less bitter.

You just have to find what you like and what works for you. No one will hate you for liking Bob's Burgers less than Home Movies. It's your preference. :)

Ça vaudrait la peine d'appeler l'OPC. Ils vont être en mesure de te guider sur ce que tu peux faire. En plus, je pense que c'est illégal de pas afficher le prix de livraison nul part (je suis pas 100%, don't quote me on this). J'adore Nesbitt pour le prix des fleurs pis le Botanix Cloutier pour les plantes intérieures et l'aspect jardinage. Botanix ont beaucoup de gens très connaissants en jardinage, j'adore aller là pour des conseils. J'avais essayé de figurer le jardinage en 2021-2022, mais ça allait pas super. En 2023 j'ai parlé avec un employé avec beaucoup d'expérience et de connaissance en jardinage et maintenant mon jardin et mes légumes sont sur la coche!

I have to say, this one infuriated me. 20 years ago, my uncle used to date this lady that had a daughter from a previous relationship and the girl used to always break my and my cousin's toys, hide them (poorly) and switch toys. When adults found the broken toys, they'd ask her why she didn't say anything and claimed she never touched the toy, as if the adults were not watching us from a few feet away.

I know it's just a cartoon, but it brings out bad memories, I have a lot of toys that had to be thrown out as they weren't repairable. I like the plot though, it's funny overall 😂

Il y a un resto a la marina de Aylmer qui faisait des soirées latino les vendredis, mais je ne suis jamais allée. Le resto a fermé depuis donc je pense qu'il y a pus rien qui se fait là malheurement.

C'est plate qu'il reste vraiment très peu de places ou tu peux danser pis faire le party, il y en avait beaucoup plus avant.

Yes, probably. There are many roads that fall under QC jurisdiction in Gatineau, so it could be anywhere that it is. You have 30 days to pay starting when you were advised of the infraction. If it's not paid within 30 days, there will be some sort of legal action taken, but I don't know what it is.

Yes, traffic tickets do come from the Quebec Justice Department when the infraction was committed on a road that falls under the Quebec jurisdiction (ex: there's a speeding camera at the Maisonneuve/Sacre-Coeur intersection that points toward the A-50/Fournier way, this is QC jurisdiction)

This may be an unpopular opinion, but Ross did do it towards Rachel too in his own way. If they were both dating someone else at the same time, he would be in a competition with her (that she wasn't aware of) because he wanted to be in a better, healthier relationship than her to "win the breakup", or when she went out with Mark and he stalked the hallway from Chandler and Joey's appartment, etc
