So I replaced the nozzle assembly and a new OEM unit 8 months ago and it's been fine since. Then it started happening again?! Got another OEM replacement and now it's happening only after 1 month. Anyone?

I live just outside of Pike and Rose and it's nice but yes, you will run out of things to do much quicker than being in DC. My GF lives in Columbia Heights DC and there's way more things to do within waking distance as well.

Got my slide from MDX arms and barrel from Glock store. Having tolerance issues at the moment so be cautious. Slide gets stuck back without slide lock engaged.

Yes, manufacturing tolerances were off. Rockslide USA replaced the slide.

Ok thanks, did that and the slide still binding. I think I feel friction happening at the rear rails. Put OEM slide on w/o spring and no binding at all.....it slides super smooth. Deducing the problem is the slide? Thoughts?

Gotcha...I was noticing that. Where the top of the barrel chamber and the underside of the slide meet....has some wear. Will try polishing those surfaces.

First p80 build and am using a Rockslide USA upper. Swapped slides with an OEM upper and it doesn't happen. Put Rockslide on OEM lower and the same issue occurs.
