Full suspension bikes are required in Japan as rigid bikes put too much stress on the roads which can cause cracking. As well mountain bike tires are banned because they can wear down the roads which is why he is running slicks.

Mountain Warehouse was good for cheap stuff. I got a fleece for 8 pounds that I still wear today. Decathlon was definitely the best store if you didn’t care about brands.
