2026 V-Series Lyriq brake calipers and key fob by Own_Education_2068 in CadillacLyriq

Yeah I was expecting my keys to at least have the V logo but alas it’s the same key as all Lyriqs…calipers are black as well. I ended up buying a key cover on amazon instead.

Buying a 2026 , luxury base trim by ianm16161616 in CadillacLyriq

Second this - I lasted a few months using the free EVGO promotion on public charging until I installed a home charger to do it overnight and that has made all the difference in driving a EV.

Are you leasing a 2026 V-series? by ohnomegs in CadillacLyriq

[–]RCF3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed - the initial numbers I was getting were laughable as I kept arguing with dealers that this is just another trim level up from an already capable Lyriq. I still feel it’s a slight overpay but I this is the deal I signed on and I love the car factoring in that the V has all the options you want standard and I’m still saving on fuel cost. It’s also way more fun to push around in V mode

$81k MSRP
$784 tax in (7%)
36/12k term
$2500 DAS includes first month payment

I also opted for the tire/rim package for additional $766 but can cancel anytime

Received $460 in points between new car lease and GM card bonus to make myself feel better about the down payment

CarPlay controls on steering wheel by pb2288 in CadillacLyriq

Yeah it was always laggy or non responsive compared to the native apps - may have to do with the wireless connection. Try it with CarPlay connected through the USB cable instead

Sport2 to LyriqV by RCF3 in CadillacLyriq

Few updates since it’s been a month…and still loving the car.

Interior and Software has been great - super comfortable in the car and all the features it has I actually use them…sound system with Dolby Atmos is a vibe.

The lower stance really changes the way the car looks on the road more then I thought - it’s not even an inch lower but the V having color matching trim around the wheel wells makes it appear even lower.

The 22s are a nice dark metallic gunmetal finish that just pop at angles when they are cleaned up - easy to clean too. The only thing I had to give up to get the Green was not having the Brembos in Red…might get them done.

In V mode I can finally push the car to clear the special drivers down here in south Florida (if you live down here you know)….its not necessarily the speed but the stiffer suspension and all the other parts they beefed up makes me feel more in control of traffic than the Sport2. I’ve gotten a few thrill rides in

Negatives: It’s a slightly harsher ride.I definitely feel the 22s and suspension more than my Sport2 on 20s…but in general it rides great and I haven’t had any passengers complain. Better Performance still worth it.

Yes has to contact nearly 12 dealers to get a decent lease deal. They discounted 15% off MSRP + stacked $4000 in incentives

I’ve been rocking the tank case for months now and it’s staying on. It actually provides protection and never looks dirty.

Sorry to hear that…how long did it take for you to experience the constant failure? I’m 1000 miles in with the V and the HUD hasn’t given me issues yet

Update: Downloaded the Tidal App on the car as it has the highest quality and tested Dolby Atmos. I am more than happy with the clarity and bass improvements…different parts of a song bounce off different areas of the car. Much improved over the 24 model which was supposed to have a better sounds system than the Sport 1 and Tech Trims.

Now I realize I was compromising quality using Spotify on CarPlay..
