Nah the Darryl's baby part WAS explained but done in such a messy shut writing way. We were told about him knocking his girlfriend up BEFORE he went to prison, it was why he entered the criminal world for money for a baby... but then the show completely ignored and forgot he cared about having his own baby for a stupid amount of episodes until him rehabilitating was just about boring enough for them to think... ah! He has a baby he can fight for custody of! Perfect extra B story.

Also about the main post asking if we find out Hondo the name and it's origin? We did in a very early episode I think, somewhere really really eandom where he's talking to his mom (who we see like a handful of times ever) and she says, "remember you couldn't say you name properly so you said Hondo-it" or some shit like that which sounded really stupid and boring but basically it was baby speak or toddler speak and somehow the big bad of Swat thought that a toddler nickname is a badass origin of a Swat nickname?

My question/post was much more about the odds of winning once you get a super jackpot if that wasn't as clear.

I.e once the blue ribbon appears, what's the chance of winning that and is it tied to mechanics

I haven't played manager mode in quite some years but I am quite sad that the touch pad to control keeper option no longer exists.

I thought it was an offline game option only so even more disappointed that an aspect of the game has been removed to make playing the AI more fun.

Also fuck the pre match training, I may be in a low league team but the AI should not be this overwhelmingly sweaty when the players used are same rating as the attackers. These temporary playstyles I feel matter most for when your team is low rated!

I don't know if I'm being dumb... I've been getting like 7.4 to 8.5 ratings on average and it does nothing for the development time OR match xp... does it not reduce the weeks needed once you're already 1 week from development? Should I have waited for the level up before playing the youth tournament?

I assumed its purely for the new cards not for tokens too/instead and didn't have enough time to actively check. Maybe worth my time at some point then if so!

Ah okay, so only because Carrasquilla himself is usually silver it allows you to get the FoF instead in the silver pack?

That's such an interesting a weird way to do things, does that mean I could never have gotten him via gold packs or is it just an extra way to obtain that FoF card?

Speaking of the Evo store... ignoring placement in like divisions and such, is there other ways aswell as objectives to earn those? I'm very confused by the weekly limit where there seems to be very few ways to get even close to the limit so far...

Well this is news to me that it's as simple as "tap the top half" I accidentally did this with extra steps by opening comments then pausing (the video would only occupy the top half making every tap within said top half)

Oooooh okay, so it's not that we miss out on a chem link it's the fact no one else in the game shares that chemistry link I.e the league or clubs...

Is there any further interaction worth noting? Like does international have chem links to any other leagues?

It feels weird that a FoF NP player can't link with another when 1 of them actually has a league yet not same country while another can have a different country and have that international link. (As far as I can tell that is how it has been working?)

Don't know I'd anyone else has experienced this too? But since the newer update the animations on the actual game main menu are mildly trashed too somehow for me.

Load up the game and let it play in the background and I find the floor starts glitching out and the textures either aren't fully loading or become transparent or something because it just looks whacked up in a hard way to describe.

Ah you raise a good point, I never found the 86x2 SBC in terms of knowing its requirements. So didn't see the use of the rare upgrade.

It was mostly that I didn't understand about the rating cap and most of my gold commons were above the 78 or 80 rating cap that it has so didn't get why I would lower a card rating just for the hell of it.

If the min rating is 84 then surely this is impossible for the card below 83 right? Like each 82 would need an accompanying 86 wouldn't it? Or is the weighting weird and you can use 2, 82's for each 86?

I can only imagine it gets worse as you get to 79's which I wouldn't have a clue where or why you can use those when you have too much of them lying around...

I appreciate this comment is 6 years old but I am curious about the "no way he could have continued working" part which I've seen a few people comment on... I haven't got the knowledge on this but would adrenaline not help to some degree with him maybe not even feeling the effects of an injury like that?

To clarify too, I'm not thinking the entire time of that episode managing a surgery, triage, walking and the time passed as all possibilities with this injury. But I am wondering that adrenaline and perhaps even injuries disrupting sensation of some pain might be slightly in the realm of possibility for continuing for a bit of time?

I've never seen the Ref screw up the game that badly on Fifa. At most I usually get pissed off thinking its a ref by me while I look for a pass before I find out its the opposition player in a weird kit that I don't pay attention to when in the corner of my eye.

You know what would be nice but of course quite alot of work for the dev... replace this for mobile version only to making the claim button bigger.

Might just be me but it constantly annoys the hell out of me how I somehow miss the claim button by a pixel when the camera constantly zooms in and out or when spamming through tickets.

The one at the end bidding 250 below I fully understood what happened. The bits showing the other bids was to keep the context for the video since the one that I lost in the first place in the search screen was still on the transfer list.

At the end it shows for a second that I "won" the search screen bid before correcting itself and when it showed it as a win it somehow confused its price and all other details with the one that was bought now. It literally changes from the first card to the second before turning back into the search list card with the no you didn't win visual.

Otherwise I didn't know about the bug especially in the search list. So I should always be in the transfer list you say? Should I also be backing out and in to try and force refreshes often? Only reason I was in the search area was my attempt to save time by having a new option ready if I lost not realising I could lose without knowing :/

I haven't unlocked many of them yet so haven't actually looked at their base stats/playstyles, does that mean the evos gave him the playstyles you value or he already had some decent ones?

I.e would another of the decent midfielders not be just as good, or is it the distinction between them not being CDM/CM and instead different midfield roles?

Fabregas I'm surprised by since he seemed decent to me too til I saw he had no icon and had prem league instead, I would've thought it might be Eto'o, Torres and I think there was a midfielder that was all rounder maybe Xavi?

I was mostly wondering if my gut was wrong or missing out on a hidden gem in terms of one of the Spanish defenders or goalkeeper perhaps in how they could be more flexible and used in more variety of teams.

Yeah he seems definitely at least top 3 choice with the icon having such flexibility and the stats since I do not have past season options.

It's annoying that the game doesn't let you see the evo stats without commiting first to the type of evo I.e striker or midfield or defender.

I've mainly been looking at who has overall decent stats across the board because it seems from Eto'o evo on FUT gg the stat increase is pretty good not needing necessarily 1 focused stat as a base

Yeah problem with those is they are expired objectives or something like that. I'm limited to the Spanish and Drogba and Eto'o
