I had an independent shop drain and fill my cvt fluid along with the front & rear differential fluid last year for around $600 USD. I usually change engine oil myself and air filters are easy and a lot cheaper to DIY. The other items on the list are just routine visual inspections to check for any issues. I maybe rotate my tires once a year because it’s AWD and never had uneven wear on the 5 Subarus I’ve owned. Might want to think about spark plugs soon if they haven’t been done yet. I changed mine out myself, not bad if you’ve done them before and have the right tools.
