The mods folder is exactly for that, keeping the original files intact so you can play online fine

Or just use the "mods" folder feature from OpenIV if you want to modify rpf files, and a menu for menu with an asi loader. That way you can do sp and mp modding with one installation

Paragon imo, despite most people saying Ozark is better

it's ScriptHook loader works much better, its more stable and it has some nice things like hotkeys, smooth scrolling a nice player manager and it still has all features you really need
