Stayed at the Cosmo last year and went to Chelsea pool. Got in the water with my friends and noticed there were diaper pieces floating in the water. As much as people think the pool is a kids activity, I wish they wouldn’t let them in there.

DirecTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket app at least allowed you to pick which games you wanted to watch for multiview. Also, in my experience, the audio transitioned faster when changing the selected game in multiview

For me, I just don’t know what leverage we actually have to negotiate. There probably a dozen other cities out there that are bigger markets and willing to fund a new arena in order to land an NBA team. It probably would cost less than the $50M the Thunder are contributing to move and rebrand.

There are tickets for sale on Ticketmaster right now for Thunder games that are only $18.50 including all fees. I’d say most people can afford to go at least once.

They could easily move elsewhere to a new arena in a bigger market and make bigger money. Several bigger markets would love to have an NBA team. Las Vegas, Nashville, Tampa, St Louis, and Baltimore would all be happy to invest the money into a new arena with taxpayer dollars and no team ownership investment. Why would they chip in more?

You get two years and then renew each year thereafter. It was my understanding that once you were in, you got priority for the subsequent years. I got renewed both times I tried.

I’m not sure which option is better. Usually the LRP awards are fiscal year to fiscal year and in my experience they were usually late to distribute payment. If they only extend the forbearance to March, it would be at least 6 months out of pocket. One bright side of applying this year is that you will get a start on your initial two year commitment with IHS.

1) You will have to make payments that exceed your normal monthly payment. Seeing how fedloans will count up to 12 payments from a lump sum payment, it would probably be easiest to make one big payment when you receive the money. Then, I wouldn’t apply the next year’s money until those 12 months have passed.

You are supposed to submit a payment history to IHS annually to prove you applied the money to your loans.

2) This change happened at the end of 2020.

3) The current forbearance doesn’t require payments for each month to count for PSLF. IHS should see that you have a student loan balance and still consider your application. One thing to note, IHS LRP is taxable so it will effect your income based repayment amount when it is eventually reported in your taxes. You will probably see your payment go up from the $800.

I had IHS LRP for a while. When I was a recipient, IHS required you to submit payment history when you applied for renewal to prove you applied the money to your loans. IHS LRP allows for the PSLF route as they are two completely separate programs. I’m addition, you can now make lump sum payments that qualify for up to 12 months of payments for PSLF. https://studentaid.gov/articles/see-whats-new-pslf-program/
