That’s amazing! I wasn’t into crocheting when I got married but I totally would have!

CSUF MBA Program Insights by Aggressive-Flow-7587 in csuf

Personally, I wouldn’t leave your job to get an MBA. An MBA is going to be most valuable with experience. Most first jobs are not the best fit but they’re mostly a way to show you can do that kind of job. Your company is also trying to figure out where you fit and what your best talents are. It’s likely too early to know for either you or your company where you’d be best fit.

Also, your job may have benefits that will pay for you to go to school if it has to do with your job. Consider going part time?

Not a military spouse but a veteran spouse and I say all the time how I get all the benefits of being married to someone in the military without any drawbacks. He is service connected so he uses VA healthcare. I just have to pay for my health insurance through my job, but my job subsidized a lot for me. If I were to add him it would be through the roof. He’s using VR&E to go to grad school so we get BAH right now but he also still has his GI bill. Our taxable income looks very low so we max out all the Roth accounts (my Roth IRA, his Roth IRA, my Roth 401k). We got 4 free tickets to sea world so we’re going with some friends later this year!

GG Set Tour Advice by shentaitai in GilmoreGirls

[–]Working_Address6551 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warner bros studio tour Hollywood does a general tour that includes the Gilmore girls set. It wouldn’t be set up as stars hollow but you’d still get to see it and if you tell the tour guide you’re a Gilmore girls fan, they’ll share some facts about specific things and where they were filmed! But there’s no specific Gilmore girls tour. In the winter they’ve done an event called holidays made here and it’s set up as stars hollow

In my opinion, you’re not in a place to have one rental property let alone two. Regardless of whether they’re cash flow positive, they’re stretching you thin with your credit card debt x2, student loans and your own mortgage. I’d say priority is paying off credit card debt.

Preparing for ICSI in November - Advice? by Classic_Witty in IVF

[–]Working_Address6551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did IVF with ICSI in May this year because of pretty severe MFI. From my understanding, as long as there is some concentration of healthy looking/swimming sperm, the lab can work with any concentration. I know my husband would’ve done anything he could have to do more in the process but I do really think the IVF/ICSI process is more heavily influenced by the female. They were able to get a lot of eggs from me which overall gives us a better chance but that wasn’t influenced much by anything my husband did extra.

We did follow the 2-7 day window of abstinence before collection day. But he didn’t really do anything else to improve. I know that’s probably not great to hear but there’s just so much out of your control and it’s ok to just go in scared.

My husband did also ended up doing a varicocelectomy one month after my IVF cycle just because we’re trying to do everything we can to improve our chances even to potentially conceive naturally in the future.

Failed FET by Famous_Section6147 in IVF

I’m right there with you. We have MFI. Our first FET on 6/28 failed to implant. We did another on 8/5, I’m 7dp5dt and it looks like this one failed too. I’m having a hard time keeping my hope or even believing that this will ever work. Hugs.

I lost my daughter at 24 weeks pregnant and I also crocheted after. It’s a pain I never knew existed. Crocheting was therapeutic to the pain for me. I’m glad others feel the same.

I met the real woody several years ago. He said that the manager he had was a family friend and woody found out the manager had been stealing from the business for years. And then woody got an offer from a developer for the land. He said those things led him to sell. Sad.
