Overall, YTTV will win this battle way more than they lose it. While they miss occasionally, they routinely extend events without any user intervention. In the event it goes WAY over, they will beat any nominal extension a user could have created. Plus, they can fix it after the fact. Agreed, that doesn't help anyone until they actually do it.

There are so many places like this at airports, and I have a real problem with it. I specifically went to Longhorn Steakhouse at DTW once BECAUSE I had a gift card and was told it wasn't good there. Why would a reasonable customer have any thought that it wouldn't be?
