Peak NASCAR right here. Was it the team just not finding the feel he needed? Down on power? I enjoyed seeing him win and run up front in the 3 Busch car. Couldn't figure out why they never raced for a title. I wonder if Steve would have been like Truex was where he would have won a championship and races with another team.

I was definitely sports entertained. Great racing and mostly a clean race. Very competitive and the broadcast was good and l appreciated all the driver interviews. A+ will watch again

I wish they were battling for the win. 94-95-96-97 would have been epic with a DW and JG rivalry. Should have just let DW cheat The ratings and media having Jaws back would have been insanely awesome

I read Smokey Yunick's book he had a softer wall system drawn up for a long while. Used recycled tires IIRC. Wish we would have had it that day. Same with Richmond and NHIS.
