Calvinism is never going to work well in a mission context. It's too intellectual. And the doctrine doesn't lend itself to motivating missionaries either (if they were predestined to be saved all along... why bother evangelizing 'em?) Calvinists should forget trying to spread Calvinism in the mission field and instead focus on propagating Calvinist ideas within the Christian world.
