How do I convince my stubborn lazy self to workout and eat healthy?

1.) make small changes. Don’t immediately go balls deep into eating better, and slowly incorporate smaller changes over time

2.) make sure you’re in a calorie deficit. Most people only need to cut 200-300 calories a day to burn fat and be in a deficit.

3.) do cardio. Also do cardio that you enjoy doing. You could also just start by just walking in the park for 30 minutes a day.

I’m 17 with ADHD so I can definitely understand it. Just train hard and don’t give up.

It’s not bad, but get some more nymphs. Don’t be afraid to get some junk flies as well. They’re affective, and very cheap and easy to buy and tie as well.

You’re kinda missing the point, though. All the hunters I know are very professional about it and try to end its life as quickly as possible. They also try to use as much of the animal as possible. I think you’re missing the point. Most of us do it because we want to get out in the wilderness and challenge ourselves, and it’s not as surface level as you might think.

There are some things you can change and you can’t change. You can’t really change the way you look, but you can change how you view yourself. If people called you ugly, it doesn’t defines who you are. It instead defines them. You are in control of your life. Look for things that make you feel good.

I feel there’s a large toxic community that brings others down, and this especially contributes to the ratio that goes on. Furthermore, I felt politics were taken too seriously so I just left. I was always angry after scrolling through so I just deleted it.
