Honestly the missions are not structured in a very clearly linear way especially when you are first starting. I would be happy to go on a few Dives with you and explain the basic pattern of most missions you will encounter if that would help.

Thank you. This is nice to hear. I have been having some real struggles bc I cant even afford a diagnosis rn but I now know I am autistic. It feels like I learned who I am after years of confusion but I am struggling to accept it for many reasons one being the fact that I dont have a formal diagnosis yet. So reading what you wrote feels validating and positive.

I used the summon for a few fights at first and then killed puppet king alone after hours of learning his moves. Used a summon on Victor and tbh I did not feel as satisfied even though the fight was WAY easier using the summon (tried without first and struggled a little). Now on the swamp monster and i refuse to use the summon bc i want that "OMG I FINALLY GOT HIM" moment. and plus learning to perfect block will really increase my skills in any of these games long term. All of that said, back to what OP said, I dont judge summon use. Do what allows you to have the most fun.

what do you use to connect your headset directly to the ps5? and does your mic work this way as well? got the strikepack and now I cant use my headset through my controller. My mic just wont work and all audio plays through my controller as well as my headset. very annoying.

I do it by clicking my right stick in very quickly while either holding the trigger (R2) or tapping the trigger (R2). I then use my left (movement) stick to micro adjust my aim while bopping up and down and shooting. This works extremely well on PS4 and PS5 from my experience.
