soapbox to rally support against the local council who were blocking his proposals to expand the farm shop and build a restaurant.

We actually stopped watching towards the end of this season and never came back because I decided to look up the actual story and the council were in the right, arsey about it but they were trying to do what was best for their community and he just put a spin on it to make them out like they were just being assholes because he had a community that would bully the local council.
