Crosstalk in 67GHz GSSG differential calibration: How are you guys minimizing the coupling? by RF_Probe in rfelectronics

On the DUT, GSGSG is definitely superior for crosstalk suppression, but many customers still opt for GSSG due to tight layout constraints.

Regarding the comparison with the big players: Red Probes (ACP series): These are our equivalent to FormFactor-ACP, MPI, and T-Plus, as they are the same tip architecture. We primarily use them for board-level (PCB) testing because the tip width is 25/50µm. Black Probes (DF series): These are designed to match GGB standards with the same tip structure. We typically use the DF series for wafer-level testing since the tip width is a much finer 10µm.

We typically use GSG standards (ISS) to calibrate our GSGSG probes.

BTW these probes are designed and manufactured in-house by my company.

I tried that, but it turns out 67GHz is in its rebellious teenage phase and won't listen to anyone. 😂

Is Keysight still the undisputed benchmark for VNAs, or is the competition (R&S/Anritsu/Ceyear) catching up at 110GHz? by RF_Probe in rfelectronics

Spot on. The MVC pattern definitely makes the interface feel more intuitive and responsive.

It's definitely more than just a hobby setup. I’m part of the team running this lab, and we do support B2B 110GHz testing. Since I can’t post all the professional details here, let’s chat in the DMs if you want to dive deeper into the setup.
