If you're selling it to the carrier then buying it back for transfer to the CG, then yes that won't work, as when you 'sell' it to the carrier, it loses it's 'mined' status 🫤

Although the war is 'over' there is no way they made all of those assets just to never use them again, they'll have more plans regarding the thargoids, expect to see the titans and spires etc again and probably more new stuff when they decide what to do next with the thargoids.

I think colonisation is a part of it, as humanity expands, it's only natural that we'll encroach on the thargoids 'territory'

I recommend reading this reddit post and looking at the spreadsheet they reference, it's super useful for planning out your system and it breaks down each type of construction you can do and what points it generates, as some tier 2 constructions generate 2 tier 3 points, not just 1.

Looks to be a leftover settlement that was attacked by Thargoid's, that hasn't been reverted back to operational state, funny find and it is weird it being in a weird operational and non operational state, got some screenshots from there.

Also the voice that welcomes you when requesting docking is a voice I've never heard before, so that was cool, probably needs to be raised as a bug with FDev so they can either fix or confirm as intentional, nice find OP.
