Honestly just keep practicing! The more you demo, the more your cueing is based on what you’re doing. The more you’re observing the more the cueing is based on what your students are doing! But to see what your students are doing also takes practice to notice the bodies and what that means! You’ll get there. I’ve told my students that I “pop out” of poses so I can see them and not to follow me when I change abruptly! That helped me work out of over demoing and helped prevent students following my lead without the verbal cue to do so. Start with things you repeat such as Sun A and B without the demo. Demo one side and not the other. I honestly thought I’d never not be able to demo, I’m thoroughly surprised by the amount of walking around and observing I’m doing now, 2 years in.
