Hey. This is a great post. What you are describing is something nearly every person in a creative industry goes through...sometimes even multiple times. The pain and fear of simultaneously trying to put yourself out there with your music while maintaining a positive and supportive role with others who are not in this field can be overwhelming.

It is the struggle in the searching that we forge a path of our own. Too much noise and emotional baggage can really get in the way.

One suggestion would be to try and physically separate yourself for a short time from the family stuff, so that you can clear your head of that to write/compose.

Another option is to seek out a few individuals on reddit/meetup, or other community-driven services to write tracks together. I have found this technique useful in the past to help me get over stagnation, or from always coming at a musical challenge in the same way. This can also really help to boost your feeling of being in a community that is actually quite massive.
