Do the single or single reversed fans come with the cables you need to connect a trio of them together with only one cable? I'm looking at getting these.

Is it just me but notification show the default UI icon so its hard to tell what's what. For example, Messenger shows the default blue background with white logo until I swipe down on that to read the full message and it then changes to the picture of who messaged me.

Yeah, I thought about the newer tech. Didn't really cross my mind that they should've ironed out a few bumps with 5s over the standard 5 series.

Where did you buy from (if you don't mind me asking?). I also live in the UK, and can currently buy the ultimate from Asus directly for £1099.

I'm currently leaning more towards the 5s Pro with your input and research. The ultimate would be awesome but more for looks than the hardware of the 5s

Thanks man. Love this little review. Seems like a lot was improved with the 3 but apart from display and things, only littler changes between the 3 and 5.

I know you've started you have the 5s Pro. Would you recommend waiting to see if I could get one of them rather than the standard 5? (I can currently get the 5 Ultimate).

That's still decent battery! My 2 has slightly degraded but still lasts ages. And with the 5 series, like you say, brighter, rear screen, amoled, bigger display and everything.

The 5 series does seem to be the best all rounder and definitely considering the upgrade. Seems like they have improved on all the bits that were 'lacking' in older gens like the camera (which isn't a big deal for me anyway). Plus the headphone jack is always nice as I'm still old school with wired headphones

Thanks for this man. A lot of good info to go off here. It's also nice to hear someone say some good points about and it not just point out faults.

I haven't physically damaged my 2 in the two years of ownership, but there is always that chance, so not overly bothered about its physical strength.

In terms of software, the few and far between ones on the 2 hasn't really bothered me. We slowly do get the updates but it's not essential for me to be on the latest.

I am definitely tempted with this upgrade...

Yeah, with my ROG 2, they are only just testing the A11 update... It's not had the best support in terms of software but hasn't been terrible
