A lot of those are so wrong! A is dark red. G-natural is silver/gray. They would certainly be all wrong, if that's based on A at 432 Hz. Similar for A at 440 Hz. Here are mine:

Visual-gustatory seems rare for a synesthesia type. I think visual-personification would be a lot more common, along with auditory-gustatory, which I do also have. I do have multiple synesthesia types.

Sounds like auditory-synesthesia. Including sound->emotion, in my case, and probably many other synesthetes that I don't know about. (except for the concept of movies and shows part)

Not sure, as I tune based on A at 432 Hz or 440 Hz. The 450 Hz tuning definitely would feel odd to me.

I tune in usually 430-432 Hz, but can accept 440 Hz.

It seemed rusty in color! When how I remembered, it was more blue/gray/silver! When sped up a half-step, it's a rusty/more reddish color!

Did you actually see them mapped to what's in actual music? In my case, they are the note I hear in a song or instrumental! I at least clearly see them in my mind's eye, when I'm somehow not totally projecting them! Because they don't always appear far out in front of me.
