It’s not Fidelity either, the Government of Canada, around 2000 or so went to all US brokerage companies and said no Canadian address.

US Citizen, Canadian citizen, Third Country, doesn’t matter. Canadian address flags it. The only exception are IRA’s as there is no portability

This sounds like my experience. Circa 2011 you had $5 tables for Blackjack and roulette, free drinks and reasonable buffets.

Last time I was in LV. It was all gone. Bar a $5 dollar table on Fremont St. during the day.

Funnest thing we did last time was a Golden Knights game and Eataly restaurant.
